Wuhan Railway Station Pickup Service Process

Wuhan Railway Station is one of the largest high-speed railway hubs in China. Located in eastern Wuhan, the station mainly serves high-speed trains connecting major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Xi’an.

At Wuhan Railway Station, high-speed trains pull directly into the waiting hall, making boarding and passenger pickup much more convenient.

First, the dispatcher checks the train number to determine which exits are assigned to the arriving train. Normally, each train is assigned two exits.

Then, based on the passenger’s car number and seat number, the driver asks the railway station staff which exit the passenger is most likely to use.

After that, the dispatcher informs the passenger which exit the driver will be waiting at.

Once the passenger arrives at the exit, the driver greets the passenger, helps with the luggage, accompanies the passenger to the vehicle, and then drives the passenger to the hotel.
