How to Get to the Hired Car Stand at Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3

✈️ Option 1: Go straight towards INFORMATION

After you claim your baggage and pass customs, you’ll see the INFORMATION desk in front of you.
Keep walking straight past the INFORMATION desk. After you pass the INFORMATION desk, you’ll see the stairs next to the elevator.
Go down from the 2nd floor (Arrivals) to the 1st floor.

When you walk out through Gate A on the 1st floor, you’ll see the taxi stand.
Turn right, and walk all the way to the end until you reach Gate D.
Here, you’ll find the Hired Car Stand, where your driver will meet you.

✈️ Option 2: Turn Right After Exiting Customs

After you claim your baggage and pass customs, turn right.
Above you, you’ll see a sign reading “Free Shuttle Bus to Terminal 1 & 2 and Domestic Connecting Flights.”
Walk straight ahead until you reach the end of the Arrival Hall.

At the end, you’ll see the baggage delivery counter and several SIM card shops.
Turn left and you’ll see the elevators.
Take the elevator down to the 1st floor and exit through Gate D.

At Gate D, the Hired Car Stand is right outside.
Wait there — your car will pull up in a few minutes.
Look for your vehicle’s plate number, which your English-speaking dispatcher has already given you.
