Most international and domestic flights to Hongqiao Airport arrive at Terminal 2. However, Terminal 2 has three different exits, which can make pickup a bit confusing. Here’s how we make it easy for you:
How It Works
Our dispatcher will send you a message in advance, telling you exactly where your driver will be waiting.
- If you have checked baggage, you’ll collect it from the carousel and then exit from the Ground Floor.
- If you don’t have checked luggage, you’ll exit through either the North Rainbow Exit or the South Rainbow Exit.
- Flights with carousel numbers 22–27 → passengers without baggage will exit from the North Rainbow Bridge.
- Flights with carousel numbers 28–33 → passengers without baggage will exit from the South Rainbow Bridge.
This way, both you and your driver know where to meet. No more hassle!
At the Rainbow Exits, your driver will be waiting with a meeting sign to greet you. The greeting service is already included in your booking. From there, your driver will escort you to the car parked nearby. Once your luggage is loaded, you’ll head straight to your destination.
