For Xuzhoudong Train Station pickups, our dispatcher will collect all necessary train information in advance. Your driver will arrive about 30 minutes before your train’s scheduled arrival. After parking, the driver will go to the arrival hall and wait for you at the exit you will come out from.

After your train arrives, follow the crowd toward the exits. Take the escalator or stairs from the platform down to the main floor.

Xuzhoudong is a large train station with two exits: East and West. Once you reach the bottom of the escalator or stairs, follow the exit signs and choose the West Exit, where your driver will be waiting.

Chinese passengers can scan their ID cards to leave the station, while international travelers should use their passports at the manual inspection gate.

Your driver will be holding a meeting sign with your name and will escort you to the car.
