Describe each step of the transport service from booking to drop-off

After receiving your booking email or message, your car dispatcher will establish direct service contact with you and confirm all the details. On our side, we will inform passenger the car model, the hike difficult level, and anything that passengers shall expect during the hike. On passenger side, we will get feedback from passenger about their plan on the hike and their expectation.

24 hours before the departure date, the actual car and driver information is sent to you by your English speaking dispatcher. Photos will be sent. And the driver will follow exactly the schedule that the passenger and the dispatcher has worked out.

On the travel day, your English speaking dispatcher will inform you car arrival 15 minutes before departure time. After 1.5 hours ride, upon arrival at the tourist center, the driver will help you with the tickets. Then driver will wait for you at the agreed meeting point in the schedule.

1 Day Tiger Leaping Gorge Hike Private Car Trip

• Pickup from hotel at Lijiang Ancient Town
• After 1.5 hour ride, arrive at ticket office at Tiger Leaping Gorge
  (We purchase the tickets online in advance on your behalf.)
• Hike start from Naxi Guest House by your own
• First hike 28 bends, going up slope with 1.5 hour hike ; then another 1.5 hike, going down slope; you arrive at Tea Horse Guest House;
• Then Hiking from Tea Horse to Halfway Inn to Halfway Inn takes another 2 hours.

Upon your request, we can also do 2 days trip as below:
2 Days Trip Private Car Trip

• Pickup from hotel at Lijiang Ancient Town
• After 1.5 hour arrive at ticket office at Tiger Leaping Gorge
  (We can purchase the tickets online in advance on your behalf.)
• Hike start from Naxi Guest House by your own
• First hike 28 bends, going up slope with 1.5 hour hike ; then another 1.5 hike, going down slope; you arrive at Tea Horse Guest House;
• Then Hiking from Tea Horse to Halfway Inn to Halfway Inn takes another 2 hours.
  Stay Over night at Halfway Inn or Judy’s
• On the 2nd day, hike from Halfway to Tina’s Inn with 2 hours.
  Driver meets you at Tina’s Inn Load Zone at noon time.
