Describe each step of the transport service from booking to drop-off

After receiving your booking email or message, your car dispatcher will establish direct service contact with you and confirm all the details. So you know in advance the car type and what kind of driver you will have. Any questions, you can reach your dispatcher for an answer.

24 hours before the departure date, the actual car and driver information is sent to you by your English speaking dispatcher. Photos will be sent. And the driver will follow exactly the schedule that the passenger and the dispatcher has worked out.

On the travel day, your English speaking dispatcher will inform you car arrival 15 minutes before departure time.

You walk several hours from here before enjoying lunch in a local Chinese restaurant and returning to your hotel.
