An itinerary is made and be confirmed by customer. Hotel address, pickup date and time will be confirmed by customer. Then driver and car information, say the photo of the actual car, will be informed in advance. Each customer will be assigned a dedicated English speaking dispatcher who will clarify all possible issues, say, earlier departure time to avoid crowd, online entrance tickets purchase to avoid the long line at ticket office, to name just a few. The English dispatcher will take care of many details, such as non-smoking car, bottled water etc. On the travel day, the dispatcher will keep the customer informed about the car arrival, arrange driver to help you under your request. After the trip, dispatcher will also check with customer privately if customer is satisfied with the service.
