What will our driver do after arriving at Beijing West Railway Station?
· Park the car at P2, the ground-floor parking lot at Beijing West Railway Station North Square.
· Enter the station through the ground-floor entrance at Beijing North Square and go through security.
· After security, find the “Love Passage” on the right. That is where the driver gets the platform pickup ticket.
· At the “Love Passage” desk, the staff will ask the driver to provide the passenger’s ticket information and show his ID.
· After entering this information, the “Love Passage” staff will issue a platform pick-up ticket and show how to go to Waiting Room 2 upstairs.
· Go upstairs to Waiting Room 2 and wait there.
· 10 minutes before the passenger’s train arrives, the driver will come to the train conductor at the ticket barrier, and the conductor will tell the driver which platform to go to after the ticket check. The driver can come to the corresponding platform to wait for the train.
· Once the driver arrives at the platform, he will ask the platform staff to tell him the exact spot where the corresponding carriage door opens. The train arrives and stops exactly at the designated time and position.
· When the train stops, and the passengers step out of the carriage, the driver can identify them.
· After meeting the passenger at the platform, the driver will escort the passenger to the P2 parking lot at the North Square.
· Please note the driver shall keep this platform pick-up ticket, which is needed when exiting the station.
